I also found little interest in finishing the sidequests, considering the outcome of almost all of them. However, I found out this game is actually an jRPG masquerading as a hack and slash game, and while the atmosphere is amazing, the ammount of invisible walls irked me to no end, particularly when the game doesn't really requires them.
